Warranty

KingIce provides a 30 day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:

Refunds will ONLY be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
Beyond 14 days ONLY exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the the order.
Returns for refunds must be in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratched, broken etc.) do not qualify and will be returned to the buyer.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
