Delivery
We deliver worldwide. All deliveries are fully insured and trackable.
We are a UK company – orders are sent to United States by DHL Express which is a 3-5 day service to most of the country. If DHL do not deliver to your address we will use an alternative service.
Deliveries outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes when received. US orders should be exempt for items under $800 (correct as of March 2016).
Please note: All orders to Russia are sent using Royal Mail International which may take between 2 and 8 weeks for delivery.
Returns
We offer you 30 days to change your mind after purchase. The item must be return as it was sent, in new condition including all packaging and manuals.
