A payment reminder will be sent on the 4th days after purchase. If the item is not paid for an unpaid item dispute will be opened on the 7th day after purchase. We will ship the item to the address provided by PayPal ONLY. All items will be INSURED FOR FREE.
Domestic Shipment: We ship all domestic items by USPS First Class Mail. It has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. We also offer faster services which is USPS Express Mail (up to 2 business days, but overnight to most areas) or Priority Mail (2-5 business days). All items with the value of over $200 will have to be signed for. In the event of a return, the shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for return shipment costs. The cost of shipping with be subtracted from the total invoice amount even in case of USPS First Class Mail.
International Shipment: All items will be shipped via USPS. We ship to Canada, Europe and Australia. Only USPS Express Mail includes tracking & Full Insurance unlike some other international services.
**The Buyer is responsible for customs, taxes, and duties that are required by the country. This amount will not be refunded in case of a return.
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy. RMA# is required for all returns. Simply email us for a return authorization. Indicate an RMA# on the box. Item returned without RMA# will be refused. Item(s) presented for return must be in original condition. The item cannot be worn or altered in any way. Item sized (including free sizing) are not refundable. We will not refund shipping and handling cost. This is a no risk return policy because if you are not 100% satisfied with our product, simply return it within 14 days of receiving it as long as the item is in its original condition. Furthermore, there will be NO restocking fees for any returns as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the item. Re-stocking will be determined on case by case basis after the 14 days are over. For exchanges customer must pay the standard Shipping/Handling charges.
