Cufflinks, whether they’re cuff buttons, flats, chain links, snappers, kum-aparts or one-piece links, are elegant accessories that lend a sparkle to any suit or formal wear.
These miniature works of art actually predate the shirt. According to the National Cufflink Society, evidence of their use can be found in ancient hieroglyphics in King Tut’s tomb. But cufflinks as we know them were first used during the 1700s dnd have become collectible ever since. We only accept payments through PayPal as we find it to be the quickest and most secure method of payment.
Paypal is fast and secure for both seller and buyer and you don’t need to set up a PayPal account.
We can only ship items to the address approved and linked to your PayPal account.
We reserve the right to refuse and return payments which are not guaranteed by PayPal.
Where possible all items are dispatched on the same day as ordered. We use a range of Royal Mail services including UK First and Second Class Mail, Signed For (recorded delivery), Special Delivery and International Airmail and International “Signed For” Airmail.
We ship all items to UK and Ireland and for over 95% of our range we also ship worldwide – we have a few large or heavy items that we are only able to offer to UK buyers.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed Monday – Friday before 3pm on the same day. A few of our products are shipped form a different warehouse and in the case the handling time detailed in the item listing may be 2-3 days. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders placed during the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
For items with free delivery this will normally be a non-tracked first, second or airmail service. For all of our items you can upgrade shipping at checkout to a tracked service – Only Signed For, International Signed For and Special Delivery are tracked and we cannot provide tracking information for any other services.
Our range of postage options and free delivery offers are WE STRONGLY URGE ALL CUSTOMERS to select one of the tracked delivery options detailed above and offered with every item – for a small extra cost you will have tracking information and peace of mind.
The majority of parcels are normally delivered to UK buyers between 1-3 working days with first class mail but Royal Mail say it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered in different areas of the UK (please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days).
International mail takes longer and some countries such as Russia, Italy and Brazil take longer than other – please be patient as we are at the mercy of the various postal services involved.
Although we ship very fast we cannot guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of Royal Mail or other couriers and foreign postal services.
You can take assurance from our feedback which constantly praises our fast despatch times, but remember that sometimes items do get delayed by Royal Mail or by international security and customs checks and that this is completely beyond our control.
Some items are delivered by couriers other than Royal Mail, usually because of size and we reserve the right to use other comparable services at our discretion.
There is no Special Delivery service or Courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
NOTE: Royal mail rules say that we cannot file a missing item claim until 4 weeks after posting date for UK mail, 5 weeks for EU mail and 6 weeks for the rest of the world. If your item has not arrived and you did not select a tracked service we may ask you to wait for the appropriate time before we can claim for the loss and send you a replacement or make a refund. You will also be asked to cooperate with royal mail or police investigations into missing mail and you may be asked to complete appropriate forms.
We love happy customers and we aim to operate a very flexible returns policy – if you have any questions at all, please send us an eBay message.
If your item arrives and it is faulty, or not as described then don’t panic – we are here to help. Please contact us within 14 days to tell us what the problem is and return the item within 14 days. We will provide instructions for return and will either replace the item or issue you a full refund. We will also work with you to reimburse your return postage costs.
If you receive an item which is in good condition, but you have just changed you mind – that ok as well (we do it sometimes too!). Please contact us within 14 days to tell us that you would like to return it and again, please return it within 14 days. We would love if you give us some idea what you don’t like or why you wish to return (that helps us keep our product range in line with customer expectations). Provided that the product is received back in perfect condition, in original (unopened – any seals and shrink wrap must be intact) packaging and with all labels intact (in other words, just as you received it) then we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange the item for something else. In this case, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us and your refund will have our original shipping and packing costs deducted (we hope you will understand that even for items which we offer with free or reduced shipping – it does cost us something to pack and post them in the first place). We do promise only to deduct our actual postage and packing cost and not a penny more.
When returning items, please, please make sure to enclose a note with your name and address, eBay user id and the reason for return (we are not very good at guessing these things!). Do NOT return any items without contacting us first.
We also recommended tracked or recorded delivery for returns as you remain responsible for the item until we receive it back.
All refunds will be made through PayPal.
